When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. Expect orders to be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

 

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. After payment and shipping info is confirmed, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been sent. Should any items be unavailable, we will contact you immediately and solve the issue by any means.

 

How do I track my order?

Yes, we ship things fast. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.

 

Is my personal information kept private?

Of course. We don’t have time to put your life at risk or risk our business.

 

Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?

That would not be wise. We cannot guarantee that the items will be in stock at a later time, so best bet is to purchase as soon as possible.

 

How can I find out about promotions?

You get notified by entering your name and email at the bottom of each page. Your email address is kept confidential, and you will be e-blasted by us. Promise.

 

Why do you ask for my email address?

We use your email address to send details of order updates as well as promotions. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the footer of any email correspondence. 

 

Which payment options do you accept?

Almost everything, including all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within three (3) business days. Please note, depending on your credit card company it can take 2-14 days for the credit to post to your account.

 

How can I do an exchange?

All products returned will be processed as a return and a refund will be processed. If you need to exchange, we recommend that you contact us at info@charlitapparel.com first.

 

Will sales tax be added to my order?

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to North Carolina. Sales tax will not be added for shipments to any other US state or territory (lucky you).

 

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

You can unsubscribe from any of our mailings by emailing us or following the unsubscribe link in the footer of all email correspondences.

 

When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my order?

PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card.

 

What can cause my order to be delayed?

Your order may be delayed if the billing address does not match what the bank has on file or if the billing and shipping address are different for your order. Or the zombie apocalypse happens.
