Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY:

At this time do not offer refunds as all of our garments are limited. However, we do offer exchanges if the garment you receive is the wrong size due to an error on our end or if item is damaged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you need to exchange, we recommend that you contact us at info@charlitapparel.com first.

Please send an email to info@charlitapparel.com with "Exchange: (insert order number)" in the subject line. Briefly state the reason for your exchange in the body of email, and include your contact information (name, phone number, and best email address). After email is received, we will contact you within 48 hours to handle your case and provide instructions for your return. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
