Refund & Exchange Policy
Please reach out to us at info@charlitapparel with "Return: (insert order number)" in the subject line. We want to make sure you’re happy and can provide any support necessary to make sure your order is fulfilled as promised.
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. However, we stand behind our products and want to make sure you absolutely love it. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us via email to and let us know the issue.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you need to exchange, we recommend that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first.
Please send an email to email@example.com with "Exchange: (insert order number)" in the subject line. Briefly state the reason for your exchange in the body of email, and include your contact information (name, phone number, and best email address). After email is received, we will contact you within 48 hours to handle your case and provide instructions for your return. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

USPS, FedEx, and other carriers are practicing social distancing protocols in their warehouses to keep their employees safe.
